Beykush Winery Rkatsiteli Amphora Dry White Wine 2023 750ml

Vinification: the Rkatsiteki grapes, after handpicking and crushing, are loaded into 400 liter "tinajas"-Catalonian clay amphoras crafted by hand by Cantereria Josep Jornet in Tarragona province. After fermentation ends the wines are racked and transferred back to the tinajas, where they stay for 6 more months on their fine lees. The artwork on the label is based on the painting of the Catalonian artist Joan Miro and represent the traditional tinaja form.
