This is more of an orange wine this vintage - made in collaboration with Salva Batlle and Germans Frisach (of Celler Frisach). A co-ferment of 70% Vernatxa Gris, 20% Vernatxa Blanc, 10% Vernatxa Negre grown organically over clay-limestone soils in the vineyards of Partida Trufes & Corbera D'Ebre. Grapes are hand harvested co-macerated, crushed by foot in stainless. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel for a few months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and zero SO2. Can be served slightly chilled.
