Made from the mixture of Hondarrabi zuri and beltza, it eboca the ancestral ruby- colored Txakoli that was made on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea. A fresh and casual rosé, fine and elegant with a strawberry and cherry flavor.
Effervescent. Shimmering orange-pink. Pungent cherry and red berry scents take on floral and spice nuances with air. Shows silky texture and good depth to the zesty red currant and bitter cherry flavors, which turn sweeter through the midpalate.
