100% Carinyena grown organically (with some biodynamic techniques) over slate and schist soils. Hand harvested, partly destemmed by hand, partly whole bunches, crushed, topped with whole bunches which started a carbonic maceration for 4 days. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero zero. Named after the Kate Bush song by the same name.
