Vineyard trained on low trellises planted in 1948 in the area of La Patagua on the outskirts of the city of Santa Cruz. 100% Semillión grapes planted and farmed organically on a clay loam soil. The vineyard is located 64 km from the Pacific coast at an altitude of 174 meters above sea level. Hand harvested, native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and aged for 6 months with a layer of flor development. Bottled unfiltered, non-pressed, decanted by gravity and bottled. 2,000 bottles produced.
