We focus on biodynamic grape growing to create rich flavor and substance in our wines. Our cellar techniques look to the wisdom of past generations, and our approach is to trust these natural processes to evoke the voice and character of each vineyard we farm. This integration of growing and making lends to creating some of the Willamette Valley's best examples of fine wine. We produce three labels: 1. SOTER VINEYARDS ... estate-grown from our three vineyards in Eola Amity, Ribbon Ridge, and Yamhill Carlton (which is where our Mineral Springs vineyard, farm, and winery are). 2. ORIGIN SERIES ... single-appellation-blends showcasing each AVA's unique microclimate, geographical features, and growing conditions. 3. PLANET OREGON ... affordable, organic, and downright delicious. We craft these wines to drink tonight and donate a portion of our profits to the OEC, which helps ensure Oregonians have access to clean water, fresh air, and sustainable food.
