Beginning Rosa is an unfiltered natural wine keeps the natural sediments produced during the winemaking process. The grapes are hand-picked in the end of September and the fermentation starts spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tank for one week days. It is made with red grapes vinified in white. TASTING NOTES: The aromatic hints recall wild cherries and rose flower touch at the taste, it has pleasant freshness and drinkability. Intense pink color, slight savoriness and fragrant taster with the right acidity note. FOOD PAIRING: red meat dishes, pizza and pasta, and medium-aged cheeses. The perfect combination is also as an aperitif and with all kinds of fish, sushi and fresh fruit.
