Organic. A new Vin de France bottling made from purchased fruit in 2021 due to the disastrous yield losses of the vintage. Fruit comes from an organic vineyard in Alsace; it was handled 60% direct-press and 40% as a four-week maceration in whole clusters. ‘R’ was then fermented and aged for two years in old oak barrels.
