Neversink Spirits was founded by Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino, two long-time friends with a passion for spirits, wine, food, and nature. After years of tasting, tinkering, sipping and planning, Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino found a project in which their passions could be realized – and Neversink Spirits was born. Making spirits is their calling, apples their muse, and they finally found the vehicle in which to share their vision with their fans. Inspired by the great european traditions of Calvados, eau de vie, as well as the rich diversity of gins from around the world, the partners at Neversink drew from the old-world traditions and the emerging domestic styles to create their distinctive line of spirits that celebrate the local fruit of New York State.
