Varietals: Nebbiolo. Vineyard: Sourced from the Molsino, Valferana, Garavoglie, and Casacce vineyards. Soil: Volcanic soil rich in minerals and clay - with good drainage. Viticulture: Hand-harvested. Vinification: Gentle destemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
