All from north-facing vineyards and certified as a vino-de-paraje (lieu dit). The grapes come from very old vines and are the last ones to be picked due to the orientation and micro-climate of the vineyard. It ferments with the stems in tinajas and aged for about 10 months in 500-liter oak barrels. Light, and elegant. An incredible Bierzo.
