One of the very special single parcel (aka Paraje) wines from Oriol and Susana. These are very old pie franco vines of 100% Garnacha grown organically on loam on sandy soils from the Nicasia vineyard in Pasiego de Villaester. Harvested by hand in 17kg boxes. Maceration of the whole cluster for 10 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless tanks and aged in an oval casket for 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Total production is 1,200 bottles.
