The particular parcel in this maiden bottling is made up of 40-year-old vines on sandy pink granite soils on a southeast-facing hillside in the western part of Corcelette. The hand-harvested fruit was vinified like all other Desvignes wines: destemmed and fermented in open-top concrete vats, with a maceration of 12-13 days and with a submerged cap.
