Winemaker Michael’s 10 ha vineyards were certified organic in 2010. He joined Pirouettes for his first vintage in 2021. His wines are generous and precise, much like himself.
Vineyard: Clay and limestone soil, certified organic vineyard planted 40 years ago.
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Making of: Grapes are hand-harvested, then macerate on the skins for 15 days, followed by 9 months of élevage in foudre.
