Vineyard: blend of different Beaujolais Villages vineyards with more clay in the soils
Making of: grapes are hand-harvested, fermented, and aged in concrete tanks, with a very short maceration. Bottled in spring, zero sulfur added.
Personality: succulent and light, chillable red.
