This wine is outstanding in terms of longevity and it undergoes a gradual olfactory evolution in coming days, if opened, and in the years to come, if stored. Colour: brilliant light straw yellow with subtle hints of green. Aroma: broad and intense, with complex nose, floral notes complemented by ripe fruit, pear, honey, and notes of vanilla. Mouthfeel: very rich, warm and harmonic, with a moderate but present acidity. Savoury with a persistent and concentrated finish.
