Coming from organically farmed vineyards in Terra Alta (Vilalba dels Arcs) over sandy and clay-calcareous loam soils. This is a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo. Hand harvested, direct pressing of the whole grape, without destemming, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in used French oak and chestnut barrels of 300L and 500L followed by 10 months aging in the same vessles, plus 6 months in bottle minimum before release. Bottled unfined, unfilered, and zero SO2. Profoundly mineral, complex, and savory.
