El GreCo is a co-fermentation of Grenache (54%) and Counoise (46%) from the granite soils of Cedarville Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. Grown side by side at 2,500 feet elevation, the two varieties were harvested together, fermented whole-cluster, and aged in a 600L puncheon before bottling. El GreCo is bright and savory, with Grenache contributing high-toned cherry aromas and Counoise adding fresh acidity and a peppery note.
