The first certified organic 100% Tempranillo (aka Tinto Fino) in Ribera del Duero (specifically Adrada de Haza) from vines that range from 10-30 years in age. Harvest is at the beginning of October with 19-day maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by a few months aging in stainless before bottling with minimal SO2. Delightfully medium-bodied, smooth, easy drinking, and incredibly crowd pleasing.
