As “just Lower Austrians”, the Grüner Veltliner suits us well and rounds off our wine range with a fresh facet. It grows on vines that are up to 40 years old on sandy, gravelly soils in beautiful southeastern locations, for which the exciting change in temperature over the course of the day is typical. This allows it to reach full maturity during the day and develop its fine complexity at night. As a traditional Austrian wine of the traditional Austrian variety, it goes perfectly with traditional Austrian cuisine. But also definitely enjoyable as a soloist.

Vinification: Hand-picked, direct pressed, 100 % stainless steel, natural yeast, 20-22 °C. Elevage: 8 months on lees, stainless steel
