Floribunda Ginger Cider NV 750ml

Floribunda makes Trento DOC reminiscent spumante ciders and co-ferments in the Südtirol Dolomites. The majority of their own organic dessert apple production are sold to grocery cooperatives, but a micro-selection of the highest quality Topaz and Goldrush apples are left on the trees to mature for their cider production of 8,500. Ginger Cider is a co-fermentation of their crushed apples with organic ginger from an organic farm at an even higher altitude then their orchards. Since no filtration, fining or sulfur additions are carried out at any time, so temperature control during fermentation is utilized to avoid bacterial spoilage and off-odors, and to guarantee a rich, floral and elegant perfume of the apples and ginger.
