Sustainable. 100% Moscato Bianco. The cooperative behind Ercole works predominantly with old vines ranging from 30 to 50 years old. Stemming from clay-sand-limestone soil, these vines were planted in the heart of the DOCG zone at an exceptionally high elevation of 1,200 feet. The high-altitude, chalky soils give rise to the grapes with noted acidity and minerality. Fermentation takes place in Inox and the wine is stabilized in Inox as well.
