Ercole Monferrato Bianco 2022 1L

Sustainable. 90% Cortese, 8% Chardonnay and 2% Sauvignon Blanc. The cooperative behind Ercole works predominantly with old vines ranging from 30 to 50 years old. Wines made from the native grape variety Cortese boast a serious and pronounced weight, notable minerality, and characteristic acidity. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc further sharpen the noted flavors of the Cortese. Fermentation takes place in Inox and the wine is stabilized in Inox as well.
