Selected from parcels within 6ha of estate vineyards (in the subzone of Condado do Tea) grown organically without the use of herbicides or pesticides over sandy granite soils at an elevation of 250m. Vines range from 25-50 years as well as some older parcels of 100+ years. The blend is 90% Albariño & 10% Treixadura, hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd use French barrels and then a minimum of 10 months in bottle before release (in October 2023). Production is 1,505 bottles annually
