100% Sumoll from very old vines in "El Cup del Benet" (Masllorenç planted in 1965) grown and farmed biodynamically on Shallow limestone red clay soils at an elevation of 300m. Hand harvested. Whole cluster carbonic maceration for 9 days. Gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation from native yeast in stainless steel tank. Aged on fine lees in chestnut barrel for 4 months. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Annual production is 1,100 bottles.
