A new light red from young vines in the Llocató vineyard grown organically on sandy granite soils. 100% Carignan Gris, hand harvested. 30% foot-crushed and 70% destemmed. Maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel tanks, then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees in the same tanks for 4 months.
