From almost 50 year old vines in the Puig Rodó vineyard grown organically on sandy granite soils. 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Carignan Gris. Hand harvested, destemmed, 30% gently pressed and 70% skin maceration for 7 days. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for 4 months.
