Winemaker’s note: “Single vineyard, single barrel. The expression of a small Pinot-Blanc vineyard on porous calcaire. A single plot, high up the hill, underneath the forest, with sky rocketing activity of chalk in the upper part – the soil almost white, like freshly whitewashed. These vines demand our full attention, care and affection: what they receive is the whole love of the universe. The result: grape juice from the saline side of life, matured in barrel, delicate and exquisite.”
