100% Macabeo with significant skin contact, more than last year - 13 months with whole clusters. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless tanks and amphora. This used to be only 8 months with skins so this vintage is BEEFED up and more intense than before! Hazy orange hued, low acid, natch for sure and totally wild!
Comes from less that 3ha of total vineyards (which make everything Roger does), that he farms certified organically, using some biodynamic techniques including the lunar calendar, and soils are clay loam and calcareous rock. All grapes are always hand harvested, with no fining, filtering, or SO2 ever.
