Rose wine made with gaglioppo grapes from hilly clay-limestone soils and bush trained with yielda per hectare of 7 tons. The grapes were harvested by hand on crates in the second week of september. The wine is made with free run must of destemmend grapes, brief period on the skins(4 hours) ageing on the fine lees in steel tanks for six months.
