Casa Balaguer La Rambla del Peligres 2020 750ml

This wine is made from Garnacha grapes planted in the “Rambla del Peligrés” plot that express the most Mediterranean side of Garnacha. Hand harvested, 50% whole bunches in small concrete vats. 50% destemmed but not crushed. Fermentation in concrete on the skins and stems at room temperature. Lightly pressed and aged in concrete tanks for a further 6 months until bottling. Unfiltered, unfined and zero SO2. Deep cherry-red with violet tones showing its youthful nature. Red fruits on the nose, some floral aspects. Precise tannins, great acidity, slightly playful but a total stunner!
