Appearance : This wine is medium ruby, garnet in colour and has a medium plus intensity on the nose. Nose : The fruit profile is dominated by rich red fruit such as raspberry, redcurrant , red cherry and strawberry, with the addition of a touch of black fruit in blackberry and a delicate floral note of violet. This ripeness is balanced by the savoury notes of pepper, liquorice, eucalyptus, chocolate and spearmint. Palate : The wine is dry with high acidy and high grippy tannins. The body is medium plus as is the finishe which is intense, juicy and with a delicious chocolate note.
