New canned project from Jordi Llorens and Jordi Solé (winemakers) with Cristina Vaqué. Organically grown grapes in La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona - Blancafort) at 400m elevation. A blend of Trepat (very old goblet vines) and Garnatxa (young, 14 years). Hand harvested. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and maceration during 10 days with the skins. Pressed and aged in clay amphora on the lees for 6 months. Unfined, unfiltered, 0/0.
