A canned project from Jordi Llorens and Jordi Solé (winemakers) with Cristina Vaqué. Organically grown grapes in Tarragona at 316m elevation. A blend of Macabeu and Parellada, 20 year old vines, hand harvested, and fermented IN the can - preserving the bubbles making it delightfully spritzy! A little hazy, slightly more natty-styled that the rest. Not quite an "orange wine" but close enough for most ppl. Soft acid, some gentle fruit notes.
