From Jordi Llorens and Jordi Solé (winemakers) with Cristina Vaqué, a new natural canned wine project from La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona - Blancafort). This is a blend of Macabeu and Parellada. Hand harvested, maceration during 4 days with the skins in tank. Further aging in clay amphora on the lees for 6 months. Canned unfiltered and zero SO2. A little hazy, slightly more natty-styled that the rest. Not quite an "orange wine" but close enough for most ppl. Soft acid, some gentle fruit notes.
