Selected from parcels within 8ha of estate vineyards. 100% Tempranillo from 100+ year old vines grown on a mix of sandy clay and limestone soils at an elevation of 1,000 meters. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, macerated for 20 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in tank and aged for 4 months. Unfined, unfiltered, and Zero SO2 or additives of any kind. 6,000 bottles produced.
