A blend of 60% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Albillo Mayor grown organically from entirely pesticide-free vines planted by Julien's late grandfather in 1970, located in Coruña del Conde at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, native fermentation in stainless tank, malolactic fermentation in 10-year-old barrels, matured for 18 months the bottled in September 2020 and laid down for three years in their underground cellars. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Annual production is 448 bottles.
