A blend of 75% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot grown organically from entirely pesticide-free vines planted by Julien's late grandfather in 1970, located in Coruña del Conde at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, alcoholic fermentation in fiberglass tank, malolactic fermentation in 10-year-old barrels, matured for 32 months the bottled and laid down for many years in their underground cellars before release. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and zero SO2. Annual production is 10,000 bottles.
