ABOUT THE PRODUCT Aged in casks using the traditional Solera system in the old cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This wine is oxidized slowly over many years to attain its creamy texture. Oloroso means aromatic. Estate bottled by Bodegas Barbadillo, producers of the finest sherries since 1821. SPECIFICATION Barbadillo Oloroso Variety: 100% Palomino Fino. Appearance: Clear medium mahogany. Nose: Clean medium aromas of toasted oak and nuts. Palate: Mouth-filling and beautifully smooth dry finish. Food Pairing Suggestion: Stews and casseroles, mushroom risotto and cured cheeses. Serving Temperature: 14º to 17º (57º to 63º). Best to consume within three years of bottling and two months after opening.
