This very old, dry, premium Sherry is made entirely from "Palomino" grapes. The brilliant amber color, almond and pear aromas and flavors lead into a dry, tangy, and amazingly long finish. It is excellent when served chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature as a perfect accompaniment to soups, game, mature cheese, dried fruit and nuts.
