100% Quebranta (related to Listan Prieto and Mollar Cano). Hand harvested, skin-maceration for 32 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged a few short months before bottling. unfined, unfiltered, and zero/zero. Annual production is 750 bottles.
