Bodega Destinos Cruzados As Regadas 2021 750ml

A blend of 60% Brancellao, 30% Caiño Longo, 10% Sousón all organically grown (without the use of any herbicides or pesticides) at 250m elevation over sandy granite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed, fermentation with native yeasts in an open concrete tank. Pressed by feet, maceration for 9 days on the skins in clay, followed by a soft press and fermentation finishes in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in used French barrels (500, 400, and 225L). Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with a small amount of SO2. Bottles rested in the cellar until release in October 2023. Annual production is 2,078 bottles.
