Much like the regular Cauzón made with Tempranillo, this is a special fresh and young bottling of Syrah from Granada in the south of Spain. Vines are around 20 years old, grown organically over alluvial soils on around 3 hectares of land. Everything is hand harvested with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for an additional 6 months in stainless steel tanks with zero filtering, fining or sulfur use whatsoever.
