Amatitena Blanco Tequila 100% De Agave Azul NV 750ml

100% agave blanco tequila produced in the state of Jalisco, from our best agave harvested at maturity with the tradional Jima method. We start our process with the cooling in a stone oven with a slow and direct mesquite wood fire, that preserves the soft and sweet flavors of the agave. We continue with the extraction of juices and honey from the agave in the miling process using a tahona, where we gently extract the juice without stressing the agave fiber. Natural stage fermentation where wild yeasts are in the charge of transforming the agave honeys into alcohol, we finish with the distillation in origianl copper stills and geometry pots, where we slowly distill our tequila directly over low heat, achieving an exquisite distillation.
