Absolutely floored. Have never had a sparkling wine at this price that was a shoe-in for Champagne. From the Uco Valley of Argentina nonetheless. Whatever these guys are doing, they have nailed it. Bright and fresh, citrus and a touch of fresh baked bread and that slight toasted almond nuttiness and good funky chalky nose of aged champagne. Almost reminds me of Rene Geoffroy. Tight bubbles, a touch of sweetness (this is not sweet wine!), unreal value. We are loading up for New Year's.
