The 2023 Riesling Dhroner Häs'chen Grosses Gewächs comes from a site of seven steep terraces, just a quarter of a hectare, facing east and planted in the early 1930s. The Adam siblings restored and recultivated this site, which benefits from global warming. The nose is shy, with just a touch of apple. The palate is all lemon, beautifully delineated with juice, peel and pith, linear and long.
