Grapes: Chardonnay
Making of: Grapes are direct pressed whole clusters and fermented in mostly stainless steel drums. After a long, cool fermentation, we left the dry wine undisturbed for a year and a half. No battonage.
Personality: A lemony, mineral expression of Oregon Chardonnay.
Pairs well with Caesar Salad, halibut, scallops, cheese boards, lobster rolls, mac and cheese or Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
