A blend of multiple parcels, but all from this same village’s lieu-dit, with 3 generations of vines. In totality, this is the largest parcel of the domaine at over 1 hectare located at the end of the valley above the village of St Aubin. This wine begins beautifully with a fresh, chiselled nose, perfectly balanced with considerable energy. Alongside the admirable tension this wine is so full of fruit too, dancing across the palate.
