Pierre-Yves Colin Morey Bourgogne Blanc 2023 750ml

From vines located in Meursault (40%), Puligny (15%), Chassagne (15%) and also Saint Aubin (30%). Made exactly like all the other wines, just a shorter elevage.  Inviting aromas of fresh pear, peach and white flowers. Richer and more generous than this year's crisper, racier Bourgogne Aligoté, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with a bright spine of acidity and a nicely defined finish. A fine indeed completely delicious more mineral finishing favour.
