A blend of Garnatxa, Ull de Perdiu, Sumoll, Queixal de Llop, Samsí, Garrut, Trepat, hand harvested in that order. Crushed by feet, short maceration with skins, fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. 10 months of aging in bottle with fine lees. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero S02. Disgorged with zero dosage. A dry sparkling deep rosé/light red that is juicy and incredibly effervescent. Annual production is 750 Liters.
